Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, Ivory Heir does not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items. Once an order has been placed and the personalization process has begun, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or errors made by the customer during the ordering process (e.g., typos in names, incorrect birth dates, or wrong color selection).

Cancellations We offer a 2-hour grace period after purchase for any order cancellations. After this window, the production process begins, and we can no longer cancel or refund your order.

Damages and Issues Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at vel-severino@live.com with a photo of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions Please note that "Final Sale" items or gift cards cannot be returned.
