Production & Processing Time Each Ivory Heir keepsake is custom-made to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to personalize and prepare your order for shipment. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $70).

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Ivory Heir is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at ivoryheirgifts@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can process a replacement immediately.
